Waterline Square has created a comprehensive strategy for operating New York City’s finest residential property and amenities facility with the highest levels of safety and confidence. In accordance with government regulations, CDC guidelines and proven practices, the Waterline Square team will be implementing rigorous protocols to ensure cleanliness in The Waterline Club and throughout the entire property.
Air System & Filtration
All of the residential units and public spaces at Waterline Square are supplied with constant outdoor fresh air through a state of the art HVAC system which uses MERV-13 filters. These systems are monitored by building management control system.
Cleaning Protocol
Waterline Square has developed enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures that go beyond federal, state, and local guidelines and align with public health recommendations.
Contactless Check-In
The Waterline Club entrance will be equipped with touchless entry scanners to provide a protective shield for The Waterline Club Members.
Disinfectant Wipes
Residents are asked to use disinfectant wipes on equipment and supplies before and after use. Disinfectant wipes will be available throughout the building.
Water Filtration
Waterline Square features a sub-micron water filtration system. The Omicron Water Technologies system meets or exceeds all current US enhanced filtration standards (including NSF, ANSI, AWWA, ASE, and others) and international quality code ISO-14001. The system reduces the contaminant spectrum that can be found in most tap water – including chlorine, lead, copper, zinc, nickel, oxidized iron and manganese particles, VOCs, THMs, cysts and bacteria.
